Position tuition as an investment in leadership capacity, measurable culture outcomes, and long-term organizational performance.

Executive nomination required: Each IBD candidate must be nominated by an executive of their respective company to be considered.

ULGC-led selection: Final cohort selection is determined by ULGC through its leadership assessment process.
