Why Volunteers Matter
Despite Chattanooga’s growth, many families still face barriers to economic opportunity, educational attainment, and financial stability. Volunteers help expand the Urban League’s ability to serve thousands of residents each year through programs that strengthen education, workforce readiness, and economic mobility.
